Speranza's New Website, and New Director of Social Media!
Happy Halloween to all! We have a bunch of things on the horizon, and right now the pieces for them are moving into place.
First, we'd like to welcome Kathleen Choe, our New Director of Social Media! We're so excited to have her on board. In our first meeting with last week, we learned all about the use of social media and theatre (and what the heck "trending" is). You can now follow us on Twitter @Speranzatheatre, as well as join our Facebook group, Speranza Theatre Company. We've got lots of exciting things on the horizon, and by following us you'll be able to get our latest news, as well as some other tidbits we think you'll enjoy.
Also, our website revamped and running! Same place--www.SperanzaTheatreCompany.com--but with a fresh new look. Like we said, lots of things coming up, so check back often for updates. Kathleen's bio has not been added as of yet, but in the meantime, you can find more information about her at www.Kathleen-Choe.com.
It's turning out to be an exciting time for Speranza as we move towards the end of 2011. Wishing you all a happy and safe Halloween!

Totally Raw: Henry VI at The New School for Drama
Congratulations to NSD's cast & crew of HENRY VI on a gripping performance last night...and that was only the dress rehearsal. Paul Rudd's instructions for art and life kept coming to mind while watching the directing of Casey Biggs unfold..."be bold, be dangerous." A visual and emotional roller-coaster, it was intriguing, shocking and left me wondering what else you had up your sleeves.
Congratulations on a tremendous production and so inspiring to come back home to NSD and mingle with fellow alums...such support and success all in one room. So proud Speranza was born out of such a strong community, our family, at The New School for Drama.
